Can we confirm exact numbers one we receive our RSVP's
Yes, final quantity requirements can be confirmed at least 1-2 weeks prior to your date however it is best to initially book your maximum numbers so we can ensure we have stock available for your date
Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes, we delivery and pick up however delivery charges may apply depending on your location. Please ask for a quote to service your area.
What time will you deliver the slush machine?
We usually deliver on the day you require, we will confirm times with you a couple of days before. But don’t worry, we allow plenty of time to ensure your drinks are ready for when your guests arrive
I am after an item that is not on your products page?

We are continuously upgrading and introducing new products and equipment so it may not have been updated to our products page as yet so just let us know what it is you are after, if we don’t stock an item you are after we will look into getting it for you.
How can I pay?

We accept cash, credit card, direct deposit or cheque. Payments must be cleared before any goods or equipment are delivered (unless paying by cash on the day) or prior arrangements have been made.
Do I have to clean equipment before it is picked up?

No, we’d prefer you enjoy your day and leave the cleaning to us.
Can we book an appointment to discuss our requirements?
Yes, we are happy to meet with you to discuss your requirements especially for marquee hire; as there are times we do require a site inspection
When should we book in our equipment hire?

All equipment hire is subject to availability, so the sooner you book it in the better. Generally 4-6 weeks prior will ensure we have availability for you. A deposit of $50 or 20% (the greater of the two) is required to reserve your items for your date.
How long is the hire period for?

Our standard hire rates are for a 48 hour period, if you require equipment for longer periods just let us know as we are happy to service your needs
I would like to hire the equipment for more than one day is there an extra charge?

Our standard hire rates are for a 24 hour period, a surcharge may apply for additional length of hire, we also offer long term hire on most products. Please ask for a quote to service your hire period.
When will you set up the marquee?

This depends on the type and size of your marquee, type of occasion and your overall requirements. Please discuss this with us when making enquiries or bookings
Can we use your heaters inside the marquee?

Yes, all our heaters can be used inside our clear span marquees but must remain a minimum 1.5 m off the walls. And only our column heaters can be used inside the pop up marquees and must remain in the centre of the marquee.
Can we add alcohol to the slushy machine?

Yes, but no alcohol is handled by Prompt Party Hire. All responsibility of responsible serving of alcohol is born by the customer.
Can we put our own cordial in the slush machine?

No, all syrups are supplied by Prompt Party Hire. The machine requires particular ratios of syrup to water so all syrups are premixed and supplied by us. Incorrect product or ratios can cause damage to the machine
